Prenatal Breastfeeding Visit ( 2 hours)

Prepare for feeding your baby with a personalized, one-on-one session tailored to your pregnancy and goals.

You’ll learn:

  • What to expect in the first days after birth

  • How to establish milk supply

  • Recognizing a good latch

  • Newborn feeding cues

  • When (and when not) to pump

  • Partner support strategies

  • How to reduce nipple pain

Our Lafayette consultation suite is a quiet, private space designed for focused, one-on-one feeding support.

To help you fully focus during your visit, we recommend arranging care for toddlers when possible. If you need a sibling-friendly setting, in-home visits are available.

INitial Lactation Visit ( 90 min)

Comprehensive, hands-on support to address feeding challenges and create a clear plan.

Each visit includes:

  • Full parent & baby assessment

  • Latch & positioning support

  • Oral exam for baby

  • Weighted feed

  • Feeding observation

  • Flange measurement & trial fitting
    (5 flange styles, 9–36 mm available in-office)

  • Personalized feeding plan

  • Updates sent to your pediatrician or providers

Rates:

  • Singleton: $200

  • Multiples: $250

Location:

  • Office visit (no travel fee)

  • In-home visit (+ travel fee)

  • Telehealth available for situations that do not require hands-on assessment

Insurance

I bill Aetna, Colorado Medicaid, UnitedHealthcare, and Cigna directly.

For all other plans:

  • Payment is due at the time of service

  • A superbill is provided for possible reimburs

Follow-Up Visit

(60 min)

Ongoing support to refine your plan, improve feeding, and adjust as your baby grows.

Rate: $175

Location:

  • Office or in-home (+ travel fee)

  • Telehealth available when hands-on support is not needed

Telehealth Breastfeeding Support

Available statewide in Colorado for non–hands-on needs:

  • Return-to-work planning

  • Pumping schedules

  • Starting solids

  • Weaning guidance

  • General feeding questions

Rate: $100/hour
