About Me
experience
I have 28 years of nursing experience and over 200 hours of continuing education in lactation. I specialize in educating families prenatally and throughout their journeys in feeding their babies. I am currently completing a two-year comprehensive course in breastfeeding medicine.

Institute for Advancement of Breastfeeding and Lactation and Education current enrollment in 2-year Deep Dive Course
At each in-person visit we will weigh your baby both before and after a feeding if appropriate, discuss feeding challenges and develop an individualized feeding plan. Pumping and flange fitting are a part of these sessions where appropriate.

Pain with latching
I can’t thank Ana enough for all of the help and care she provided for my baby and I. As a FTM, I struggled with breastfeeding, pumping was painful, and I was ready to give up. Ana helped to get us transitioned over to breastfeeding and helped with oversupply issues. Not to mention she was able to accommodate a last minute appointment on a weekend when we really needed it and continued to check in with us. 35-week Baby not getting enough milk at the breast
I’m so grateful for the care and support I've received from Ana. Our baby had weight issues and was very inefficient at transferring milk. Ana helped me navigate how to get her more practiced at nursing while ensuring she stayed on track with her growth. In our first session, my baby only took 10ml and now she’s transferring enough to nurse almost exclusively!
Oversupply & reflux
Ana was amazing while troubleshooting our complicated breastfeeding issues (oversupply, severe reflux). She is kind, professional, and very knowledgeable. It’s so nice to have someone come to the comfort of your own home, I knew my baby and I were in good hands. Cannot thank her enough for all of her help!
